Login Trouble
Usually the problem is an incorrect username, password, or both.
Your username must be between 6 and 25 characters long.
Your password must be between 6 and 25 characters long and contain at least one numeric digit (0-9).
Downloading doesn't work
 You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system to access the downloadable articles. If you do not you may
obtain a free copy from the Adobe Site.
Downloading still doesn't work
Most of the articles are picture rich and at a printable resolution. That means large file sizes of 5 Megabytes or more.
If you have a dial up modem the
download may take quite a while. In the meantime it may appear nothing is happening. Acrobate Reader won't open until the file is
completely downloaded. We are working to publish smaller pdf files for
those using dial-up. Please note that the file size is indicated next to each download link.
